An important and popular part of the ASTRO Annual Meeting each year is the Exhibit Hall, where key decision-makers explore the latest products and services to improve their practices. This is an opportunity for attendees to network with industry partners, view product demonstrations and ask questions about new products and trends on the horizon.

  Please note that exhibitors will be required to sign a licensing agreement prior to obtaining the list and other eligibility requirements apply. Registrants have the option to decline to have their name and information included on this list.
• Four complimentary exhibitor booth personnel registrations for each 100 square feet of exhibit space. Additional exhibitor registrations available for purchase.
• Five complimentary Exhibit Hall passes for preferred customers.
• Access to the educational programs on a space-available basis and real-time livestreaming of the virtual meeting product. Please note, exhibitors are not eligible to receive continuing medical education credits.

Business and Expo Suites

Business Suites are located outside of the Exhibit Hall and offer extended access beyond show hours, while Expo Suites are located within the Exhibit Hall and are accessible during show hours.

Create a dedicated space for important conversations and team collaboration with extended access beyond Exhibit Hall hours. Conveniently located across from the Exhibit Hall, Business Suites offer the ideal setting for private meetings, new opportunities and focused productivity, with room to recharge between conversations. The maximum capacity of Business Suites must not exceed 10 people for a Small Business Suite and 14 people for a Premium Business Suite.

Business Suites are accessible from the Exhibit Hall during show hours, as well as from the Skyline Ballroom, Hall F Entrance during all access hours posted.

All activity must be confined to the Business Suite and is limited to the following hours:

Expo Suites

Take advantage of private meeting space in the Exhibit Hall and elevate your business at the center of the action. Welcome attendees, host private conversations and conduct business without ever leaving the show floor. With industry professionals just steps away, you can maximize your time and create the space for more focused, productive discussions. Exhibitors who purchase an Expo Suite will have access to their assigned Expo Suite space during show hours on Sunday, September 19 - Tuesday, September 21, 2027. All activities must be confined to the assigned Expo Suite space.

Expo Suites consist of only bare space. Exhibitors will need to work with the ASTRO General Service Contractor to provide walls, carpeting, electrical and any other materials and furniture required.
