An important and popular part of the ASTRO Annual Meeting each year is the Exhibit Hall, where key decision-makers explore the latest products and services to improve their practices. This is an opportunity for attendees to network with industry partners, view product demonstrations and ask questions about new products and trends on the horizon.
Business Suites are positioned outside the hall and are available for extended hours and days compared to the Expo Suites inside the exhibit hall.
Business Suites (formerly Private Meeting Rooms)
Expand your capacity for dedicated space by securing a Business Suite with extended access beyond the Exhibit Hall hours. Conveniently located within the convention center, Business Suites provide a great opportunity to meet with clients or simply provide a place for your staff to grab lunch. The maximum capacity of Business Suites must not exceed 10 people for a Small Business Suite and 14 people for a Premium Business Suite.
Business Suites are accessible from the exhibit hall during show hours, as well as from the Level 1 West Concourse, Hall C Entrance during all access hours posted.
All activity must be confined to the Business Suite and is limited to the following hours:

| Sunday, September 27 | 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. |
| Monday, September 28 | 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. |

Expo Suites
Take advantage of private meeting space in the Exhibit Hall for your company. Exhibitors who purchase an Expo Suite will have access to their assigned Expo Suite space during show hours on Sunday, September 27 - Tuesday, September 29, 2026. All activities must be confined to the assigned Expo Suite space.
Expo Suites consist of only bare space. Exhibitor will need to work with the ASTRO General Service Contractor to provide walls, carpeting, electrical and any other materials and furniture required.
