ASTRO follows a targeted move-in schedule. Your targeted move-in date and time is based on your booth's location in the Exhibit Hall. Please refer to the Targeted Floor Plan for your company's specific date and time.

Your target assignment is designed to be the point at which direct deliveries may begin checking in at the Marshaling Yard. It is not the point at which booth setup should be scheduled. It is recommended that you schedule installation labor to begin after your inbound target assignment.

Please be sure to refer to the Targeted Floor Plan to confirm the date and time at which you will have access to your booth for setup.
