A 50% deposit is due with applications submitted on or before March 2, 2026. Applications submitted on or after March 3, 2026, require 100% of the total cost with the application.

For additional convenience, Extended Hours Business Meeting Suites are available outside the exhibit hall, accessible from Thursday at 12:00 p.m. through Monday at 6:30 p.m.
