The American Diabetes Association® invites you to exhibit at the 85th Scientific Sessions in Chicago, at the McCormick Place Convention Center! This premier meeting offers exhibitors the opportunity to engage with world-renowned professionals in the diabetes research and treatment communities dedicated to improving the lives of all those affected by diabetes. At the 84th Scientific Sessions, we engaged with more than 7,500 in-person professionals and connected with over 1,300 virtually for a global diabetes professional attendance surpassing over 8,800. Continued growth post-COVID is expected with an outlook of over 9,000 in-person professional attendees joining us in Chicago. You will have the opportunity to meet with global leaders in diabetes research and diabetes-related diseases and the physicians and clinicians whose patients depend on the medical advancements presented at the Scientific Sessions.

  • One corporate delegate badge per each 10' x 10' booth purchased (allows full access to sessions, but cannot claim CE credit; not to exceed 10 per company).
  • An allotment of complimentary ‘Exhibit Hall’ booth personnel badges (allows access into the Exhibit Hall only).
  • Attendee “Preview” lists will be emailed regularly in May and June leading up to the meeting which will include attendee's name, credentials, affiliation, city, state, and country to help you better staff your booth with the appropriate literature and/or multi-lingual staff. These lists do not include contact information and is expressly for planning purposes only.
  • Exhibitors also receive a post-show attendee report which will include attendee's name, credentials, affiliation, city, state, and country.
  • Exhibitor listing will appear in the Mobile App. Company descriptions will be included in the mobile app.
  • Standard flameproof booth equipment: pipe and drape back wall (8' high) and draped side rails (3' high).
  • 7" x 44" identification sign with company name and booth number (for linear booths only).
    • Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive an identification sign.
    • Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive an identification sign upon request.
  • Aisle carpeting provided and cleaned daily. Booth carpet is required for all exhibits and may be ordered from the general service contractor or provided by the exhibitor as long as the entire booth floor is covered, safely installed, and fire proof.
  • Priority points toward selection of exhibit space for the 86th Scientific Sessions.
  • Access to the Exhibitor Resource Center.
  • Ability to purchase pre- and post-show attendee list.
  • Security for the perimeter of the exhibit area will be furnished by ADA during the show. View the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations in the Exhibit Application for more details.

$4,250 per 10’x10’ corner
$45.50 per square foot for islands

Non-profit Booth Rental
$2,250 per 10’x10’ in-line
$2,350 per 10’x10 corner

A 50% deposit is due when you submit your online application if submitted on or before March 2. On or after March 3, 100% is due with your application.

Full payment is due on March 3.

Secure a private Business Meeting Suite in the exhibit hall! Business Meeting Suites are your opportunity to host discussions about your products, hold small staff meetings, meet privately with potential clients, conduct investigator meetings, or host small hospitality events in the convention center. They include:

  • 8’ high hard walls
  • Keyed or Combination doors
  • Carpet
  • One (1) 15” x 24” ID sign with company name OR logo

Prices: $8,900 per 20’x20’ (Inside the hall)

Exhibitor EXTENDED HOURS Business Meeting Suites

Due to popular demand, six (6) more Extended Hours Business Meeting Suites have been added!
For additional convenience, Extended Hours Business Meeting Suites are available outside the exhibit hall with access from Thursday at noon to Monday at 6:30 p.m. They include:

  • 8’ high hard walls
  • Keyed or Combination doors
  • Carpet (if area is not already carpeted)
  • One (1) 15” x 24” ID sign with company name OR logo

Prices: $10,150 per 20’x20’ (Outside the hall)

Educational symposia, sessions, or group demonstrations are NOT permitted inside the meeting suites. All guests must be registered attendees of the 85th Scientific Sessions.

Industry Learning Opportunities

Engage and showcase your latest innovations at the 85th Scientific Sessions with three exciting Industry Learning opportunities!

Product Theaters offer an excellent opportunity for exhibiting companies to engage with professional attendees while showcasing new products and treatment options through dynamic promotional presentations. Located within the Exhibit Hall, three dedicated Product Theater spaces are available, each with a seating capacity of 300 people.

Only contracted exhibitors may purchase Product Theaters.

The Diabetes Learning Bytes area on the Exhibit Floor provides a unique opportunity to showcase your latest innovations in an informal setting. Each 20-minute presentation slot includes time for Q&A. The space accommodates up to 30 seated attendees, with additional standing room for popular topics.
