In addition to exhibit space for the duration of the ENDOExpo 2026, the price of exhibit space includes:

• Each commercial exhibiting company will receive four (4) complimentary exhibitor booth personnel badges per 100 square feet of booth space purchased and one (1) complimentary full meeting registration. Exhibitor badges beyond the allocated limit are available at an additional cost.
• As an exhibitor, you have access to ENDO 2026 Sponsorships to maximize brand awareness beyond your exhibit booth space.
• An exhibitor listing in the official ENDO 2026 Mobile App and on the Exhibitor Directory Map at entrance of exhibit hall.
• ENDOExpo traffic drivers including three (3) Science & Innovation Theaters, Industry Connect, Coffee Breaks, Bark Park, Posters, and the Endocrine Society Booth & Store.
• Earn priority points toward premium exhibit space selection for ENDOExpo 2027.
• In-line booths include complimentary pipe and drape, and company identification sign*.
• Janitorial service for the aisles of the exhibit area.
• 24-hour exhibit hall perimeter security service.

*Carpet is required in all booths and must be purchased separately.

Standard Commercial: $41.00 per square foot
Corner: $300 per corner premium rate
Island: $46.00 per square foot
Non-Profit (In-line only): $21.00 per square foot (Must provide 501(c)3 form.)

Unfurnished: $5,775.00 per 10'x10'

Payment Policy for Exhibit Space & Business Suites:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is due with all applications submitted on or before March 20, 2026.
• After March 20, 2026, all applications must be accompanied by 100% of the total cost of the booth.
• Applications submitted without payment will not be assigned until payment is received.
• Applications with a 50% deposit received after November 12, 2025, will be processed and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Policy for Sponsorships:

• Items shall be paid in full within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
