Exhibitor Prospectus

In addition to exhibit space for the duration of the ENDOExpo 2027, the price of exhibit space includes:

• Each commercial exhibiting company will receive four (4) complimentary exhibitor booth personnel badges per 100 square feet of booth space purchased and one (1) complimentary full meeting registration. Exhibitor badges beyond the allocated limit are available at an additional cost.
• As an exhibitor, you have access to ENDO 2027 Sponsorships to maximize brand awareness beyond your exhibit booth space.
• An exhibitor listing in the official ENDO 2027 Mobile App and on the Exhibitor Directory Map at entrance of exhibit hall.
• ENDOExpo traffic drivers including three (3) Science & Innovation Theaters, Industry Connect, Coffee Breaks, Bark Park, Posters, and the Endocrine Society Booth & Store.
• Earn priority points toward premium exhibit space selection for ENDOExpo 2028.
• In-line booths include complimentary pipe and drape, and company identification sign*.
• Janitorial service for the aisles of the exhibit area.
• 24-hour exhibit hall perimeter security service.

*Carpet is required in all booths and must be purchased separately.

Standard Commercial: $41.00 per square foot
Corner: $300 per corner premium rate
Island: $46.00 per square foot
Non-Profit (In-line only): $21.00 per square foot (Must provide 501(c)3 form.)

Unfurnished: $5,775.00 per 10'x10'

Returning Exhibitors:
Complete your exhibit application on or before November 6, 2026, to be included in assignment queue according to accrued priority points.

Payment Policy/Schedule for Exhibit & Suite Space:

Priority Point Application Window Payment Policy/Schedule for Exhibit & Suite Space

• Standard Requirements:
• A 50% deposit must be paid at time of signing Contract for all Applications submitted on or before November 6, 2026.
• Exhibitor is expected to pay required deposit as outlined above at time of application submission using ACH or/a credit card.
• Applications submitted without payment will not be assigned until payment is received.
• Alternative Payment (Check/Special Account Processing Circumstances):
• If you must pay by physical check or have a special account processing circumstance preventing immediate payment at time of application submission, payment must be made within 30 days of signing Application and Contract. Payment instructions will be included in the Exhibit Booth Confirmation email sent after the contract is executed.
• Final Balance Due:
• Due Date: The remaining balance is due in full by March 12, 2027.

Open Application Window (first-come, first-served; after priority point assignment process closes) Payment Policy/Schedule for Exhibit & Suite Space

• Standard Requirements:
• A 50% deposit must be paid at time of signing Contract for all Applications submitted on or before March 12, 2027.
• After March 12, 2027, all applications must be accompanied by 100% of the total fee due.
• Exhibitor is expected to pay required deposit as outlined above at time of application submission using ACH or/a credit card.
• Applications submitted without payment will not be assigned until payment is received.
• Alternative Payment (Check/Special Account Processing Circumstances):
• If you must pay by physical check or have a special account processing circumstance preventing immediate payment at time of application submission, payment must be made within 30 days of signing Application and Contract. Payment instructions will be included in the Exhibit Booth Confirmation email sent after the contract is executed.
• Final Balance Due:
• Due Date: The remaining balance is due in full by March 12, 2027.

Payment Policy/Schedule for Sponsorships:

• Items shall be paid in full by credit card or ACH upon signing this Sponsorship Agreement or per the net terms specified on the invoice. If paying by physical check or through a special account processing circumstance, full payment is due within 30 days of signing.
• Sponsor remains financially responsible for all amounts owed even upon cancellation. All sponsorships are non-refundable except in cases of force majeure as outlined in the Sponsorship Agreement terms.
