Mission

The mission of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (APIC) is to create a safer world through prevention of infection. The association's more than 15,000 members direct infection prevention programs that save lives and improve the bottom line for hospitals and other healthcare facilities. APIC advances its mission by pursuing the strategic goals of patient safety, implementation science, competencies and certification, advocacy, and data standardization.

APIC Strategic Partners – Visionary and Collaborators receive a discount on booth space. All exhibitors pay commercial rates until the 2026 Strategic Partners list is released in January 2026. Exhibit Hall Traffic Drivers

APIC is planning multiple activations to enhance attendee traffic throughout the exhibit hall, including:

  • Complimentary Meals are provided for attendees with lunch on Monday and Tuesday, followed by breakfast on Wednesday.

Deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit due with application on or before March 3, 2026. After March 3, 2026, all new applications must be accompanied by 100% of the total cost of the booth. Applications submitted without payment will not be assigned until payment is received.
