  • Hotel Door Drops


    • Sponsor’s produced and shipped item distributed outside door of each attendee room at the headquarter hotel, Hyatt Regency Orange County (production and shipping of door drop promotional piece responsibility of sponsor; item must be approved by the Endocrine Society)
    • Includes one hotel door drop piece on day of choice (sponsor may choose either early morning or early evening delivery on purchased day)
    • Available options: Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening or Sunday morning (options available on a first come, first served basis)

    Price: $2.000


    • Estimated distro per package will be 125 items (one per room)
    • Pricing is based on an outside door drop @ $3 per item that is either an envelope or flyer outside of the room.  If sponsor would like to do a bag hanger, the per item price is $7.50 each, please contact sponsorship fulfillment manager for recommended pricing
    • Shipment of drops must arrive to hotel between October 16-17, 2018
