Professional Headshot Studio

Having a professional headshot is paramount for any physical therapist or physical therapist assistant when making a great first impression. Attendees will be boasting about their headshots at the conference, and even after they get home, they will appreciate your company’s involvement in bringing this complimentary opportunity to them.

• Attendees will receive a complimentary headshot image, downloadable from the conference photographer’s website. (APTA will email attendees a link to a public gallery where they can download their headshot.)
• Your logo is featured on Headshot Studio photo download instruction cards.
• You receive recognition on all signage relating to the Headshot Studio, including on-site promotional signage and at the entrance to the studio.
• You will receive recognition in email blasts promoting the Headshot Studio, sent to all conference registrants.
• You may opt to have staff involved at the Headshot Studio to greet new arrivals, obtain contact information, and hand out download instruction cards. (Names and emails will not be provided after the event by; the only way to obtain them is for sponsor staff to collect the information at this area.)
• You may place brochures or other collateral at the Headshot Studio photography location.
