Package 1
Hotels Include: Grand Hyatt San Antonio (co-HQ hotel), Hyatt Regency San Antonio, and Westin Riverwalk San Antonio, reaching more than 4,000 attendees (guest quantity estimate based on anticipated peak block of 1,449 x 3 residents per room).

Package 2
Hotels Include: San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter (co-HQ hotel), San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk, and La Quinta San Antonio Riverwalk, reaching more than 4,000 attendees (guest quantity estimate based on anticipated peak block of 1,500 x 3 residents per room).

• Key cards are distributed Tuesday through Friday to all attendees staying within room blocks at hotels included in purchased package.
• Your full color logo/artwork is prominently displayed on the front of each hotel key card and includes production, shipping, and distribution of key cards.

Hotel Key Card Envelope Enhancement

• Sponsor-designed full-color artwork appears on the exterior of key card envelopes.
• Package includes production, shipping, and distribution of branded envelopes for key card package purchased.
