Hotel In-Room Drops

Hand-delivered messaging is available on the day of your choice to attendees staying at the select hotels listed below.

Hotels Include: San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter (co-HQ hotel), San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk (co-HQ hotel), Hilton Palacio del Rio, and Westin Riverwalk San Antonio, reaching more than 5,000 attendees (guest quantity estimate based on anticipated peak block of 1,795 x 3 residents per room). Note: Only one drop per room is permitted)

• Your produced and shipped promotional item* is distributed inside of each attendee room within the official APTA CSM room blocks at the hotels listed above.
• Package includes one hotel room drop piece delivered early evening inside each room on day of choice. Available options (first come first served): Wednesday evening, Thursday evening, or Friday evening.

*Promotional item must be preapproved by APTA; production and shipping are the responsibility of the sponsor.
