Hotels include Grand Hyatt San Antonio (co-HQ hotel), San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter (co-HQ hotel), San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk (co-HQ hotel), Hyatt Regency San Antonio, La Quinta San Antonio Riverwalk, and Westin Riverwalk San Antonio, reaching more than 8,000 attendees (guest quantity estimate based on anticipated peak block of 2,949 x 3 residents per room).
Note: Only one drop per room is permitted.

Headquarters Hotel Package
Hotels include the three co-headquarters, Grand Hyatt San Antonio, San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, and San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk, reaching more than 6,000 attendees (guest quantity estimate based on anticipated peak block of 2,104 x 3 residents per room).
Note: Only one drop per room is permitted.

Non-Headquarters Hotel Package
Hotels include Hyatt Regency San Antonio, La Quinta San Antonio Riverwalk, and Westin Riverwalk San Antonio, reaching more than 2,000 attendees (guest quantity estimate based on anticipated peak block of 795 x 3 residents per room).
Note: Only one drop per room is permitted.

• Package includes one hotel door drop piece outside each room on day of choice; you may choose either early morning or early evening delivery on purchased day. Available options (first come, first served): Wednesday morning, Wednesday evening, Thursday morning, Thursday evening, Friday morning, Friday evening, or Saturday morning.
