After-Hours Demonstration Events

Limited opportunities available

An excellent opportunity to deliver your message to a targeted and attentive group of APTA CSM attendees! Invite attendees to return to your booth after exhibit hall hours for a networking event followed by an in-depth presentation of your products and services.

• Demonstration times available (call for current availability):
• Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022, 5-6:30 p.m.
• Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, 5-6:30 p.m.
• You may decide how to use the allotted time. Using the first half hour for networking/cocktails as attendees arrive and conducting presentation during remaining time is recommended.
• Thirty chairs are provided for guest seating (seating space may be limited depending on booth space, fire code allowances, and social distancing health regulations).
• Invited attendees will be permitted only in the area immediately surrounding the sponsor's booth.
• You will be responsible for printing and mailing invitations that attendees must show for access to the exhibit hall after hours; APTA must preapprove a proof of the invitation. Using the complimentary one-time access to the preregistration mailing list is recommended. (Tip: Print additional invitations to your after-hours event to give onsite attendees who visit your booth during daily exhibit hours.)
• Your name, hyperlinked event webpage URL, and booth number will be listed under “After Hours Demonstration Events” within the preconference logistics email sent to registered attendees the week prior to the conference; email distribution date and time are at the discretion of APTA.
• You are responsible for any other costs associated with your demonstration, such as catering, additional furnishings, and audio visual.
