Tier One: Companies exhibiting at the 2019 Scientific Sessions who have accrued six (6) or more priority points are given an opportunity to select space on-site for 2020. Payment is not required at the time of on-site booth selection. After the meeting, you will be invoiced a ten (10) percent non-refundable deposit due within 30 days of the invoice date. On or before

August 30, 2019 another forty (40) percent deposit is required. Full payment will be due on or before March 2, 2020.

Tier Two:  Companies who exhibited in 2019 and have accrued five (5) priority points or less will be contacted immediately after the meeting and given the opportunity to apply with the same ten (10) percent deposit due with their applications no later than July 30, 2019. An additional forty (40) percent deposit will be due on or before August 30, 2019.

Tier Three: Companies who exhibited in 2019 but decide not to select under the above two (2) tiers must submit their application with the required fifty (50) percent deposit before August 30, 2019 to be assigned space according to their accrued points, but prior to new exhibit applicants.

Tier Four: New companies who submit their application and fifty (50) percent deposit for booth space prior to the August 30, 2019 Priority Deadline, will be assigned space after all 2019 exhibitors who have submitted their application prior to the August 30, 2019 date have been assigned space. Any company who submits their application and fifty (50) percent deposit for booth space AFTER the August 30, 2019 Priority Deadline will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of points accrued.

Companies who submit their application after the priority deadline will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A 50% deposit is due with completed exhibit application (if received on or before March 3, 2020).

• Full payment is due on March 3, 2020. On or after March 4, 2020, applications must be accompanied by full payment.

• One corporate delegate badge per each 10' x 10' booth purchased (allows full access to sessions, but cannot claim CE credit; not to exceed 10 per company)
• An allotment of complimentary ‘Exhibit Hall’ booth personnel badges (allows access to the Exhibit Hall only)
• Attendee “Preview” List 3 weeks prior to meeting*
• Company name and booth location in the Meeting Guide (by product listing)**
• Company name, booth location, and company description in the Final Program and Meeting App***
• Standard flameproof booth equipment, pipe and drape back wall (8' high), and draped side rails (33" high)

Exhibitor Housing

Exhibitor housing requests are now being taken for the 80th Scientific Sessions. Submit your room block request online and also view the list of hotels, room rates and hotel map.

Please submit your request to ADA Housing by October 31, 2019 for hotel assignment utilizing your Priority Points. Requests received after this date will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis after all requests received prior to the deadline date are assigned.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration is open. The Authorized Exhibitor Contact Personnel (as provided on the Exhibit Space Application) may register their Company's Booth Staff and/or Corporate Delegates using the e-mail address and Password provided by ADA Registration.
