  • Exhibitor Fees

    10’ (wide) by 10’ (deep) booth:  $1,500


    Corner booths where there is cross traffic are an additional $250 per corner.

     

    • Non-refundable deposit due at the time of booth selection.
    • Full payment due on or before July 15, 2017.
  • Included with Booth

    Standard Booth Equipment

    • All booths are 10’ (wide) x 10’ (deep) and are equipped with pipe and drape (8’ high drape/3’ high side drape), an ID sign that includes company name and booth number.

     

    Exhibitor Badges

    • Exhibitors will receive four (4) full conference registrations per 10’x10’ booth space. Information will be sent prior to the Annual Conference with instructions on how to obtain those complimentary registrations. Additional badges can be purchased for an additional fee.

     

    Marketing Opportunities

    • Company name, booth number, product category, and URL listing in the event program (circulation: 9,000)
    • Company name, booth number, product category, and URL listing in the digital version of the event program (available at www.naeyc.org for one year)
    • Company name, booth number, product category, description, and URL listing in the Conference App
