The American Diabetes Association’s 69th Scientific Sessions will be held June 5-9, 2009 at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

We have also extended the priority point deadline to October 10, 2008 to allow you time to make your plans and include a deposit with your application.

The popularity of this meeting means you must act quickly! Applications with deposit received post-marked by the October 10, 2008 Priority Point Deadline will secure the best possible booth space. Complete the enclosed application and mail it to the address shown on the application along with your 50% deposit, indicating your booth preferences from the floorplan available online. Once processed, we will call you in priority point order to discuss available booth locations to ensure a successful show. Applications received post-marked after the priority point deadline are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have never exhibited at Scientific Sessions, you will be asked to submit product information for approval before you are contacted concerning booth space.
