2017 AACC International Annual Meeting Sponsorships

Lanyards* – $5,500 (exclusive)
A lanyard with your company’s logo will be provided to each attendee. As people are meeting throughout the conference and looking at each other’s name tags, they will consistently see your company’s name. You will also be recognized in the program book and on signage acknowledging the sponsors.
Attendee Meeting Bag* – $6,500 (exclusive)
Attendees need a way to keep track of all of their annual meeting information. Make sure your company’s name is the one that everyone is carrying around, both during and after the meeting. Your company’s name or logo will appear along with the AACCI logo on the meeting bags. You will also be recognized in the program book and on the signage acknowledging the sponsors.
Photo Booth* – $5,500 (exclusive)
The attendees will enjoy taking pictures with their colleagues. Your company name will be branded on the photo strip and also on the photo booth structure. This will be located in a predetermined spot in the exhibit hall. You will also be recognized in the program book and on the signage acknowledging the sponsors.
Attendee Self-Check-In Computer Sponsorship* – $3,000 (exclusive)
Have your company logo appear when attendees walk up to the self-service registration kiosk. The sponsor would be responsible for sending their logo for the home screen and screen saver. You will also be recognized in the program book.
Annual Meeting App – $5,000 (exclusive)
The Annual Meeting App will have your company’s brand right at the attendee’s fingertips. Every time they open the app your logo and booth number will appear not only on the app splash page. Market research shows that people often need multiple “touches” in order to make an impact. Let the meeting app aid you in driving traffic to your booth and your website. You will also be recognized in the program book and on the signage acknowledging the sponsors.
Sunday Evening Happy Hour – $5,000
Drink Ticket Opportunity – Your company name will appear on the drink ticket provided to each attendee. You can provide napkins with your company logo and we will put them on the bars.
Cereals 17 Front & Center
Be front and center in the exhibit hall. Brand one of the special interactive Action Stations, either on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday with your company’s name.
• Sunday Opening Reception Appetizer Station – $7,500
Be the company recognized for creating excitement in the Exhibit Hall. There will be signage and your rep(s) can be in the area, speaking with attendees and handing out literature, while their appetizer is being prepared. You can also bring napkins with your company logo.
• Monday Nitrogen Ice Cream Break – $5,000
You can be recognized for providing an afternoon treat to the attendees. Help with handing out the delightful treats to the attendees. You can also have a rep in the area handing out literature and greeting the attendees. You can also bring napkins with your company logo.
Oatmeal Cookie Break – $3,500
Attendees will be provided with oatmeal cookies during the break in the exhibit hall. You can provide napkins with your logo.
Puzzle Building Activity – $1,500
On the show floor, a customed designed wooden puzzle that incorporates your logo will need to be put together by the attendees. The person who puts in the final piece will take away the puzzle as their prize.
Coffee Cart Sponsor – $3,000 (2 available)
This coffee cart will be located outside in our “community area.” Coffee sleeves with one color plus black logo is included.
Refresh Station – $750 each (multiple available)
Sponsor a water cooler. Your company logo will appear around the water cooler located in the meeting area. Several locations are available to choose from.
Elevator Cling – $1,500 each (multiple available)
Your company logo will be put inside the elevator doors closest to the
Cereals 17 Exchange in the Exhibit Hall – $1,000 per 15 minutes
These short exchanges of information will take the place in a section of the exhibit hall and can include a talk or a product demonstration. The objective is to provide a lot of information in a short period of time. The session is set-up for 50 people. AV and seating will be provided.
Registration Confirmation E-mail – $3,000 (exclusive)
Your logo will appear at the bottom of the registration confirmation that is sent to all attendees confirming their registration. Recognition will also be made in the program book. We would need your commitment SOON! Registration opens mid-May.
Cereals 17 Travel E-mail – $3,000 (exclusive)
Your logo and booth number will appear on the travel e-mail that is sent to all attendees prior to the meeting. Recognition will also be made in the program book. The date for the email will be determined.
Targeted E-mail Blasts – $1,000 per e-mail
Distributed to over 5,000 potential attendees. Sponsorship will include
company logo and live link to sponsor’s website of choice. One sponsor per e-mail. The date would be agreed upon by AACCI and the Sponsor. One company is allowed per month May to September. There is no right of first refusal; these will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Phone Charging Station – $3,000 (exclusive)
Be a lifesaver to attendees by providing them a place to charge their
electronics. AACCI would provide a phone charging station that would be branded with your company name and logo. You will also be recognized in the program book.
Wi-Fi Sponsor – $10,000
Attendees will utilize the Wi-Fi on a constant basis for all things digital: the AACCI mobile app, e-mail, social platforms, and internet searches. Your name will be at the forefront of their connectivity. Your company name will be used as the log in password and your company logo will be displayed on the mobile site. In addition to the benefits of being a Leadership Circle Meeting Sponsor, your company will be featured in a call-out in the program book recognizing your company and giving instructions for accessing meeting Wi-Fi.
Division/Section Meeting Sponsor – $1,500 (multiple available and per designated division or section)
This year we are bringing the Divisions and Sections all together in one place. Honor those members who volunteer their time for the Association. They will appreciate what you are doing as a sponsor. Join this group event with a Sponsorship that will recognize your company along with the particular AACCI Division or Section you wish.
“I Am Here” Photo Opportunity – $4,000
Be the sponsor of this area in the exhibit hall for attendees to take a picture and send it back home to friends or post on Social Media. Opportunity would include a backdrop that includes a scene from a location of the annual meeting, along with your company logo.

Exhibitors are given the opportunity to collect business cards at their booth to draw for a prize that they have provided. Details will be sent to all exhibitors by August, 2017. Prize value must be at least $100.
