Requests received for blocks of rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and are based on hotel availability.
NEW FOR 2012 – Due to the limited number of rooms in the Downtown area of Philadelphia we will be requiring Exhibitors, with blocks of 25 or more rooms on peak night, to request no more than 50% of your company’s room block from the Downtown Hotels. The remaining 50% must be requested from the Perimeter Hotels (City Line, University City, Airport and Cherry Hill areas). ADA has instituted this policy to provide attendees a greater chance to reserve rooms in the Downtown area. We feel this will increase attendance at the meeting and in turn traffic in the Exhibit Hall. Please note that this policy is only for the 2012 Philadelphia meeting, in 2013 we will revert to our standard assignment policy.
As an added incentive to free up downtown rooms for attendees, if your company requests 75% or more of your room block from the Perimeter Hotels we will lower our standard attrition rules requiring companies to only pick up 60% (rather than the standard 80%) of the total room block.
